The John Peel Tape and File Project

Another Member Of The Peel Web Family

And so we welcome a new site into the fold. Actually a phoenix from the flames so to speak. Dubster – for that is he – started the site on blogger last year. Called the The John Peel Tape and File Project, it now has a new web address http://johnpeeltapes2.blogspot.com, which you should add to your bookmarks pronto.

He currently has a download from that golden year 1975 featuring an Ivor Cutler Session. Damn good way to kick off if you ask me.

Thanks for the heads-up, DE! Great to see the Dubster back. And, as you say, what a corking oldie to kick off with!

Indeed it is, and there was an Ivor Cutler documentary on BBC4 the other day too. A repeat I think but I’ve never seen it. Looking For The Truth With A Pin, I believe it was called. Wonder if any of our nova pals has it. Must remember to ask!

    Thanks a lot patita

The redesign is only half way through in fact and the site itself is still just a fraction of what I hope to do but it’s so nice to connect with fellow John Peel & music fans, that’s what’s it all about after all :)
